Hello, my name is Alexander Lisek and thanks for visiting my website. I dedicate myself to helping clients build their wealth through real estate. I consider myself more of an advisor than just a typical salesman. With over 20 years of experience, I hope to bring you value as a client. Since a little boy, my father taught me how to build homes and renovate them. I was working for my dad at the age of 8 years old learning his craft as a contractor. Over the years in educating myself more and more about real estate by selling mortgages, being a licensed real estate appraiser and even doing construction all at the same time helping clients build their wealth by acquiring and selling real estate. Researching the location is indeed crucial when it comes to making informed decisions about purchasing and living in a particular area. With my passion for real estate, I have undoubtedly accumulated a wealth of knowledge and become an expert in the industry. My commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on new technology, laws, building projects, and local politics is a must.
